Among its clients’ recent development projects, the firm represented 569 Broadway in the redevelopment of a 180,000-square-foot site; 1651 Coney Island Associates in the new construction of a 48,000-square-foot site; and Congregation Beth Jacob in the construction of its new 15,000-square-foot facility in Brooklyn.
